Job Purpose

This position is responsible for managing automation and IT issues with a view to automate / digitize C&C activities and ensuring resolution of IT issues. It is also responsible for end to end implementation of key projects.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Smooth implementation of IT change request, Ensuring resolution of IT related issues
- Explore and automate adhoc/deviation reports on datalake
- Digital Initiatives / Process re-engineering to enhance customer experience
- Ensure implementation of Postpaid policy covering all aspects of Postpaid life cycle
- Support improving cash flow, collections and minimizing bad debt
- Implementation of national projects

Must have technical / professional qualifications
