Site Analysis: Conduct thorough site analysis, including site visits, analysis of environmental factors, and assessment of existing conditions to inform design decisions.

Design Implementation: Prepare construction documents, specifications, and detailed drawings for landscape construction. Oversee implementation to ensure design intent is realized on-site.

Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and requirements. Present design proposals and provide professional advice to guide decision-making.

Sustainability: Integrate sustainable design principles and practices into landscape architecture projects, promoting environmental stewardship and resilience.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, urban planners, and other professionals to integrate landscape design with overall project objectives.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and permitting requirements related to landscape architecture and environmental planning.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.

Strong design and graphic presentation skills.

Knowledge of plant materials, hardscape materials, and construction techniques.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Commitment to sustainable design practices and environmental stewardship.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
