Construction Sub-contract Officer

Mumbai, India Hyundai Engineering Co; Ltd Full time

Meeting with clients and general contractors to discuss upcoming projects.
- Completing specific tasks to contribute to a larger construction project.
- Estimating costs for materials and labor to share with clients.
- Working independently with little or no supervision.
- Acts as official company and contracts management representative regarding legal requirements, customer specifications and government regulations
- Works independently on complex business issues requiring development of solutions, interprets policies, procedures and practices and is responsible for enforcing these policies internally in Subcontractor relationships
- Responsible for Subcontracts & NPI Sourcing across the BendixKing Strategic Business Unit
- Manage material sourcing from cradle to grave to ensure on-time delivery of orders at all stages of product life cycle
- Manage the supplier relationship from early engagements with Engineering and Marketing through holding the supplier(s) accountable to milestones, deliverables and contracts during development and through life cycle of the product

**Salary**: From ₹70,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)

- 25% (preferred)
