**Description**
- Salary Budget: Monthly 1.5Lakhs to 3Lakhs.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and treat urological conditions such as kidney stones, urinary tract infections, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), prostate cancer, bladder cancer, erectile dysfunction, and infertility.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on their diagnosis, medical history, preferences, and overall health status.
- Perform urological procedures and surgeries, including cystoscopy, prostate biopsy, ureteroscopy, transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP), nephrectomy, and vasectomy.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about urological conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including oncologists, nephrologists, gynecologists, and primary care physicians, to coordinate care for patients with complex urological conditions or multidisciplinary needs.
