As a Field Engineer specializing in Mobile Tracking and Cameras, you will play a pivotal role in our company's efforts to deliver cutting-edge security and surveillance solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of mobile tracking devices and cloud-based camera systems. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service.
- **Installation and Configuration**: Install, configure, and test mobile tracking devices and cloud-based camera systems at customer locations. Ensure that all equipment functions correctly and meets the client's requirements.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of installed systems. Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- **Customer Training**:Provide training to clients and end-users on the operation and maintenance of tracking devices and cloud cameras. Ensure customers are well-informed and comfortable with the technology.
- **Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, maintenance activities, and customer interactions. Generate reports as needed.
- **Upgrades and Updates**:Keep awareness of new technologies and software updates related to mobile tracking and cloud cameras. Implement necessary upgrades and updates to enhance system performance.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct quality checks on installations to ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
- **Troubleshooting**:Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to mobile tracking devices and cloud camera systems. Collaborate with the engineering team to find solutions for recurring problems.
- **Health and Safety**: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site to ensure the safety of yourself and others.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
