MISA will support the implementation of information management system of Grama Arogya through Panchatantra 2.0
- Collect, organise, consolidate, and analyse programme-related data from P2 in a timely manner and report them to the state M& E and Divisional leads
- MISA provides technical assistance and capacity-building support to program staff and partners (RDPR) in the use of information management systems. This includes training on data entry, analysis, and interpretation, as well as troubleshooting technical issues and providing ongoing support as needed.
- MISA will provide support to ZP/TP staff on timely and accurate reports of the program for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
- MISA analyse Grama Arogya data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for program improvement. and inform decision-making at all levels of the program.
- MISA supports to the quality of data by implementing data validation checks at the GP/TP/ZP level and feedback to the GP/TP/ZP to maintain the quality of data.
- Submit reports and participate in district/state-level reviews periodically as per project requirements, and provide support to program staff & Zonal leads
- Work in close coordination with the program team and provide adequate support to them by sharing the data support meetings, training etc
- Prepare fortnightly/monthly/quarterly project performance reports for zonal leads and state team.
- Perform other activities, as assigned by the reporting manager to achieve organizational and project goals
