- We have an urgent opportunity for Quantity Surveyor role for Sri city location.

**Education**: BE in Civil Engineering

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Preparing Tender Documents and Quotations to Client after Verification of Basic Design drawings and inputs from clients.
- Preparing Tender Documents and Collecting Quotations from Subcontractors / Suppliers and Preparing a comparisons statement and Issuing Work Orders accordingly
- Verification of contractor's running & final bills as per contract condition and Preparation of BVS as per our Standard
- Physical measurement of quantities and tracking the productivity
- Rate analysis of extra items
- Maintain the Client Work Orders and vendor Work Orders
- Reconciliation of free issue materials
- Coordinating with Design & Construction team
- Ensuring timely resource availability.

Knowledge of Auto Cad to check the drawings.
