**Office Coordinator**
**Job Summary**:
As a coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating and organizing various tasks, projects, or events within a specific department or organization. You will act as a liaison between different teams or departments, ensuring smooth communication and coordination to achieve project objectives. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.
**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records, documentation, and files related to projects, tasks, and activities. This may include project plans, meeting minutes, and other relevant materials.
**Scheduling**: Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for team members or department heads. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events as required.
**Reporting**: Prepare regular progress reports, status updates, and other relevant documentation. Communicate project status, milestones, and key metrics to management as required.
**Calling Work**: Calling To Customer & Manage Staff.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an office coordinator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
**Eligibility Criteria -**
- Graduation
- Must be above the age of 22 years.
- Must Be Married
**Salary**
Salary Range - **Rs 14,000 To 18,000**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
