- MCITP, VCP-DCV, CCNA, CCNP any two of them is preferred
- M3 Installation experience from Movex to M3 13.4 is expected
- Experience on M3 CS MT
- Experience in M3 Installation in Wintel and iSeries servers with VM Ware virtualization platform
- M3 13.2 to 13.4 add-on product installation and configuration
- Experience of installing DR site with back-up and recovery
- Experience of M3 Component upgrade, update of M3 fixes and patches in TST/DEV/PRD environments
- Deployment of MODs and Jira Tickets
- Good experience on company copy and data refreshing
- Experience of critical production issues, trouble shooting and resolution
- Experience on M3 Hardware sizing and Infrastructure planning
- Good experience on M3 Administrative support during Hyper care
- Good experience on regular monitoring of M3 serves and proactive measures on system jobs, resources shortfall, etc.,
