**Job Summary**:
As a Freelance Recruiter specializing in Non-IT roles, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and identifying top talent to fulfill various non-technical positions within client organizations. This role requires excellent communication, networking skills, and a deep understanding of client requirements to ensure successful placements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, including job requirements, company culture, and specific preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a deep understanding of their hiring goals and objectives.
- **Sourcing and Talent Acquisition**:

- **Negotiation and Offer Management**:

- **Performance Metrics and Reporting**:
**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably specializing in non-IT roles.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications or training in recruitment and talent acquisition (optional).

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
