**Job Title**: Online Bollywood Dance Teacher (Permanent Work From Home)

**About Us**:
We are a dynamic and expanding online dance academy based in New Delhi, India, offering Bollywood dance classes to students worldwide. Our students, located across various international regions, enjoy the convenience of personalized one-on-one and group classes from the comfort of their homes.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one and group online Bollywood dance classes for children and adult women.
- Customize lessons to match the individual needs and preferences of students.
- Create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning atmosphere.
- Ensure a fun and educational experience, especially for young children.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Bollywood dance styles.
- 2-4 years of experience in teaching Bollywood dance.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Comfortable teaching both children and adults.
- Must have a reliable internet connection, a laptop, and proper audio equipment (speakers/music playback device).

**Schedule**:

- Flexible hours on both weekdays and weekends.
- Instructors can choose to work 3-5 hours per day based on availability.
- Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
