**Job Description: Front Office Executive/Receptionist**

We are seeking a professional and dynamic **Front Office Executive/Receptionist** to join our team and be the face of our brand. If you have a passion for beauty and wellness and love creating exceptional client experiences, we would love to meet you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction & Relationship Management**:

- Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Ensure clients feel comfortable and provide them with information about The Face Co.’s offerings.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:

- Manage the appointment booking system efficiently to ensure optimal time utilization.
- Confirm and follow up on appointments.
- Address last-minute changes or cancellations with professionalism.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain client records and ensure accurate data entry in the CRM system.
- Manage daily operations at the front desk, including handling payments and billing.
- Coordinate with service providers to ensure smooth workflow.
- **Customer Service**:

- Act as the first point of contact for resolving client concerns or escalating issues to the appropriate team members.
- Collect feedback from clients to improve services.
- **Facility Management**:

- Ensure the reception area and waiting lounge are always neat, organized, and welcoming.
- Maintain inventory of front-office supplies and coordinate with the operations team for replenishment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a salon, spa, or luxury retail environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and appointment management software (training will be provided for specific software).
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,568.30 - ₹25,000.00 per month
