**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- **Documentation of Export and Import Shipments**:
- Prepare and maintain all required documentation for export and import shipments.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards

**Banking Transactions**:
- Handle banking activities related to EXIM, including Letters of Credit (LC), Goods Received (GR) closure, Bank Realization Certificate (BRC) issuance, and inward remittance.

Coordinate with banks and internal teams to facilitate smooth financial transactions

Management of EDPMS (Export Data Processing and Monitoring System):
- 1-Maintain and update data in EDPMS as required by regulatory authorities.

2- Ensure compliance with EDPMS reporting requirements.

**MIS (Management Information System)**:
Prepare and maintain Management Information System reports related to drawbacks and Remission of Duties and Taxes on Export Products (RODTEP).

Provide accurate and timely MIS reports to the management.

**Returns Handling**:
- Manage various returns, including Rebate of State and Central Taxes and Levies (RoSCTL), Export Credit Guarantee Corporation (ECGC), and Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) under the Production-Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme.

Ensure timely and accurate submission of returns.

**Regulatory Compliances**:
- Stay updated on changes in EXIM regulations and ensure full compliance with all applicable laws.

Assist in maintaining a compliance checklist and ensuring adherence

**Government Policies**:
- Stay well-informed about government policies, notifications, and circulars related to EXIM.

**Application of COO (Certificate of Origin)**:
Prepare and process Certificate of Origin documents as required for export shipments.

Ensure COO compliance with applicable trade agreements

**Preparation of Import/Export Cost Data**:
- 1- Collaborate with the finance team to assist in the preparation and maintenance of import/export cost data.

Provide data and documentation as needed

**Experience and Skills**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in EXIM documentation.

Knowledge of export and import regulations and documentation requirements.

Familiarity with banking processes related to EXIM transactions.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
