ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure timely completion of all HR related activities.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth functioning of HR operations.
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
- Handle employee grievances and provide necessary solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare and submit HR reports as and when required.
- Assist in conducting employee engagement activities.

- Shift timings: 24x7 rotational shifts (any 09 hour shift )
- Working Days: 06 days (Rotational)
- Week Off: 01 day (Rotational)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum 01 year of experience in any domain
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

SKILLS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and maintain professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
