Job Description:

- Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target companies.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
- Understand client needs and requirements to effectively propose staffing solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the staffing process.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics on a consistent basis.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
