**Position Overview**:HealthiFam Lifecare & Technology Pvt. Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Telesales Agents to join our dynamic team. As a Telesales Agent, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our health card services to potential customers. Your exceptional communication skills, persuasive abilities, and customer-centric approach will contribute to the growth of our customer base and the success of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Sales Calls**:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and explain the benefits of HealthiFam's health card services.
Engage customers in a professional and empathetic manner to understand their healthcare needs and offer suitable solutions.

**Product Knowledge**:Acquire a deep understanding of HealthiFam's health card services, features, pricing, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide accurate information and address customer inquiries.

**Sales Pitch and Consultation**:Deliver compelling sales pitches that highlight the unique advantages of HealthiFam's health cards and their potential impact on customers' lives.
Conduct needs assessments, listen actively to customers, and tailor sales pitches to match individual requirements.

**Relationship Building**:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and rapport over the phone.
Address customer concerns, objections, and questions, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

**Sales Targets and Reporting**:Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes using the company's CRM system.

**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with the sales team and sales manager to share insights, strategies, and best practices for achieving sales goals.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous learning opportunities.

**Adherence to Policies and Guidelines**:Ensure compliance with HealthiFam's sales policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines during all customer interactions.
Uphold the company's reputation for integrity and customer-focused service.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 2+ years of experience in telesales, outbound calling, or related sales roles.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Persuasive and influential with a customer-centric attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer objections and inquiries effectively.
- Familiarity with health insurance or healthcare services is a plus.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
