TENDER EXECUTIVE/Manager Should have experience in handling GEM Portal. Maintain organized sales records, Project details and report senior management team
To follow up with BDMs for important expected order list.
To co-ordinate with all BDM’s to attend CRM Meeting
Follow-up calls to client for pre-tender related queries viz due date extensions, tender call, technical issue resolution etc.
To maintain ISO formats of customer feedback and customer complaint
To co-ordinate with Execution team and to send and collect customer feedback forms from clients for executed orders on regular basis
To assist team in day to day tender surfing
To prepare Purchase Order evaluation sheets and put up to senior for approval 11. To attend any other miscellaneous work pertaining to Tender dept Tender Co-Ordinator (Female) To Follow up with Clients for submitted quotations

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
