**The role shall be responsible for the following areas**:

- Uploading and scheduling social media posts.

- Collaborating with internal and external teams to source relevant content for each platform based on business requirements.
- Monthly reporting of performance across all channels.
- Proficiency in creating visually appealing content (both video and images) with a good sense of aesthetics.
- Strong content writing skills, including crafting post copies and ORM replies.
- Generating innovative concepts and ideas to enhance channel performance.
- Managing Online Reputation Management (ORM) responsibilities.

**Education & Experience Required**
- Graduate
- 4+ Years of experience in Social media
- Proficiency in content creation, editing, and scheduling.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to contribute creative ideas to improve channel performance.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure timely execution of social media plans.
