Assessing patient needs and creating care plans tailored to individual conditions.

**Medical Procedures**:Assisting doctors and other medical staff during procedures and examinations.
Administering injections, IV therapy, and other medical interventions.
Dressing wounds, changing bandages, and providing wound care.
Performing basic medical procedures such as catheterization and specimen collection.

**Documentation and Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts.
Recording patient information, medical history, and treatment plans.
Documenting any changes in patients' conditions and reporting to physicians.

**Health Education**:Educating patients and their families about their conditions, medications, and treatment plans.
Providing guidance on preventive care, lifestyle modifications, and post-discharge instructions.
