Srinivi Boutique is currently seeking both experienced and fresher fashion designers to join our team.

For experienced fashion designers, Srinivi Boutique looking for individuals with the following attributes:
Education and Training: A formal degree or diploma in fashion design or a related field is often preferred. Experience in renowned fashion institutes or training programs can be an advantage.

Professional Experience: Previous work experience in the fashion industry, either with established fashion brands or through freelance work, is highly valued. Demonstrating a strong portfolio showcasing successful designs is important.

Design Skills: Proficiency in sketching and creating original designs is essential. Knowledge of pattern-making, garment construction, and fabric selection is important as well. Expertise in using design software such as Adobe Illustrator or CAD (Computer-Aided Design) tools can be beneficial.

Trend Awareness: Keeping up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, color palettes, and fabrics is crucial. Being able to forecast trends and adapt them to suit the boutique's target audience is an added advantage.

Creativity and Innovation: Fashion designers should have a unique and creative vision. They should be able to develop fresh and innovative designs that appeal to customers and align with the boutique's brand aesthetic.

Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills are necessary for effectively conveying design ideas to clients, manufacturers, or team members. Collaborating with other designers, pattern makers, and garment technicians is also common, so being a team player is essential.

Adaptability and Enthusiasm: Freshers should exhibit a willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrating enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and the ability to take direction and feedback well are crucial.
