Responsibilities & Skills:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated site executive admin with great interpersonal skills. This is a full-time onsite position located in Pune, India.

Accountabilities:

- Support the Site leadership team for all admin related activities
- Setting up the agenda for the executive visits and managing the invitations
- Setting up and managing the daily schedules and calendars of the site leadership
- Responsible for travel bookings (hotel bookings and transport) for all site employees and visitors
- Assisting and keeping track of visa requirements and associated activities for all employees
- Ensuring logistics for townhalls and arranging meetings and other site events
- Preparing documents such as expense reports, invitation letters, site newsletters etc
- Managing site level activities and tracking progress. Weekly report out to site leadership team
- Vendor management and tracking of deliveries, invoices, payments etc.
- Collaborating with all corporate functions and keep track of site related activities
- Order necessary office supplies and manage inventory
- Tracking employee concerns and feedback
- The person should be willing to go above and beyond to be successful in this role

Minimum Qualifications
- Administrative/Executive admin with 10+ years of experience
- High energy individual with co-do attitude
- Quick learner and ability to do multi-tasking
- Proven ability to work with multiple groups across different sites and time zones
