**Responsibilities**:
**Training Delivery**: Conduct training sessions and workshops for teachers, administrators, and other school staff on the academic product, including its features, functionalities, and best practices for integration into the curriculum.

**Product Knowledge**: Develop an in-depth understanding of the academic product, including its content, pedagogical approach, assessment strategies, and overall goals.

**Customization and Support**:Collaborate with school personnel to customize the academic product according to the specific needs and requirements of the institution, providing guidance on tailoring the program to fit within existing curricula.

**Support Materials**: Develop and distribute training materials, user guides, and resources to assist teachers and staff in utilizing the academic product effectively.

**Professional Development**: Stay up-to-date with educational trends, research, and best practices related to the academic product, and share this knowledge with school personnel through ongoing professional development opportunities.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with school administrators, curriculum coordinators, and instructional coaches to align the academic product with overall school goals, ensuring its seamless integration into existing educational frameworks.

**Data Analysis**: Analyze student data and assessment results related to the academic product to identify areas of improvement, and provide recommendations for instructional strategies and interventions based on the data.

**Qualifications**:
**Teaching Experience**: Prior teaching experience in schools, preferably at the K-12 level, is highly desirable. Experience with the academic product or similar educational technology solutions is an advantage.

**Training and Presentation Skills**: Strong presentation and facilitation skills are essential, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

**Pedagogical Knowledge**: A solid understanding of instructional methodologies, curriculum development, and educational technology tools is necessary to support teachers in implementing the academic product.

**Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret student performance data to inform instructional decision-making and support teachers' understanding of student progress.

**Communication and Collaboration**: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including teachers, administrators, and educational technology vendors.

**Adaptability**: The capacity to adapt to different school environments, understand unique needs, and provide customized support to ensure successful implementation of the academic product.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
