Handling Entire Outlets & Lounges business under supervision of the manager.
- Handling team of 30 staff.
- Managing FIFO & LIFO inventory.
- Responsible for the smooth operation.
- Reducing the shrinkage of the department.
- Controlling Expire and damage of Food.
- Conduct daily briefing for staff.
- Responsible for opening and closing for the Main Kitchen.
- Conducting training for the staff.
- Setting the new Outlet & Lounge as per planogram Ming.
- Conducting audit in Main Kitchen.
- Part of daily managers meets.
- Situation handling.
- Product knowledge for staff.
- New product requirement as per customer’s demand.
- Maintaining cleaning and hygiene for the all outlets, Main Kitchen & Lounges.
- Cross checking the daily SOP and fulfilling the requirement.
- Sales analysis. - Ordering on daily and weekly basis.
- Implementing monthly promotional offers.
- Stock chasing with follow up with vendors and category team.
- Celebrating seasonal and festive months.
- Corporate tie ups for bulk business in festival time.
- Warehouse management which will help team for re filling.
- Discussing daily, weekly, monthly and yearly target.
- Implementing ideas to increase the business.
- Motivation training.
- Making agenda for BIG DAY sales.
- Society ties ups to increase the business.
- Yearly, Quarterly, monthly review.
- Conducting Appraisal.
- Preparing roaster.
- Recruit new staff, train & develop existing new staff.
- Handle customer complaints & queries.
- Checks periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
