We are a startup looking for a talented motion graphic artist to help us bring our vision to life. As one of our first team members, you will have the opportunity to shape the creative direction of our brand and help us build engaging multimedia content from the ground up. You will work closely with our founders and other team members to develop compelling motion graphics that communicate our message and capture our audience's attention.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually stunning and engaging motion graphics that align with our brand identity and project goals
- Collaborate with our founders and other team members to develop visual strategies and creative solutions
- Conceptualize and design storyboards, animation sketches, and visual treatments
- Work with a variety of tools, including Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and other animation software
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for motion graphics and animation
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of experience as a motion graphic artist or animator
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience with 3D animation software, such as Cinema 4D or Maya, is a plus
- Strong portfolio of motion graphics and animation work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
