**Job Description: Cleaning Staff**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning tasks according to established standards and schedules.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, carpets, and furniture.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Clean and disinfect kitchen areas, including countertops, sinks, and appliances.
- Wipe down surfaces, such as windowsills, doors, and light switches.
- Replenish supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or inquiries from clients.
- Uphold a professional demeanor and represent the company in a positive light.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, kneeling, and lifting.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Willingness to undergo training and follow safety protocols.
