**KEY RESPONSIBLE AREAS**:
We are looking for a highly qualified Sheet Metal Tool Designer with years of experience.

The Sheet Metal Tool Designer will be responsible for:

- Sheet Metal tool designing and development.
- Good knowledge of Wire cut and Sparking machines.
- Good Knowledge of designing software such as Autocad and UG NX or other relevant software
- Involved in Design and detailing for Press tool
- Executing of Drawings
- Creation of Final Drawings for Final Machining Detail, Assembly Detail
- Independently Tool Design & Tool Manufacturing of sheet metal components.
- Designing of press tools like as Blanking, Piercing, Restricting, Forming, Bending etc.
- Designing of Progressive press Tools.
- Leading all activities of tool design & development from conceptual through detail phases, post design support to development, performing component feasibility study, involvement in quoting tool cost, designing of die layout, press tools
- Designing progressive die & multi slide tool.
- Responsible for Designing press dies layout and machining fixtures (Mechanical, hydraulic) using Uni-Graphics NX 10, 11, 12 (Expert in Modeling, surfacing, sheet metal and drafting)
- Expert on Auto CAD, NX, SolidWorks or other CAD software experience
- New fixture and press dies identification, quotation, ordering.
- Should know spring back calculation for sheet metal parts.
- Responsible for fixture calibration process.
- Continual improvement - improve tool life, reduce fixture press die cost, set
- up time reduction through optimal design of tooling’s and fixtures and existing fixtures and press dies.
- Experienced in sheet metal and molded part design and DFM principles
- Materials selection experience
- Ability to craft 2D drawings with FAI / CPK / GD&T practices
- Hands-on prototyping, testing & troubleshooting
- Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience
- Flexible and capable of handling multiple projects concurrently
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated creative and critical - thinking capabilities.
- Collaborative and able to fit in well with a team, understand capabilities and priorities while fostering a team environment.

**ELIGIBILITY**:

- Diploma in Engineering or Diploma in Technical Education

**SHIFT**:

- Should be open for 12 hrs rotational shift (Day /Night)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
