Join us as a Master Planner based in Satara to synchronize the flow of material along the entire supply chain. This is performed at both an S & OP level and Master Planning level in order to optimize the utilization of production, supply capacities, inventory levels, and seasonal stock as well as balancing of supply and demand.

The position / About the Job:
In this job the Master Planner would be responsible for:
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Operate and coordinate the factory's supply chain and ensure that it is in line with the product group's expectations.
- Review the factory's ability to meet customers' requirements and needs, propose activities to solve any gaps and be responsible for producing and compiling decision-making.
- Analyze the cost impact of proposed actions.
- Run improvement projects linked to the factory's supply chain.
- Responsible for planning parameters in the business system
- Analyze and monitor forecast security.
- Evaluate selected KPIs
- Be active at Cell Status Board meetings.
- Be active in problem-solving and other improvement activities.
- Suggest improvements on Instructions / SOP's
- Always consider the possibility of eliminating waste
- Engage in safety and quality work and immediately call TM/UM when problems or risks arise
- Take responsibility for their own development and to stay informed.
- Balance the supply and demand at a master planning level (1-3 months) and adjust the plan if needed to fulfil the customer needs.
- Communicate decisions taken at the S&OP and secure execution.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels (IDS, slow-moving, customer lead times)
- Optimize the utilization of the production, supply capacities, and seasonal stock as well as the balancing of supply, demand, and inventory levels

Who you are?

What you can be?
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering from a reputed institute.
- 3 to 5 Years of experience in the same field
- Good English both oral and written.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience of working with ERP systems
- To take initiative for problem-solving and improvement activities
- To make an immediate value-based decision
- Work according to the priority’s safety, quality cost
