Perform various back-office tasks to ensure the smooth operation of international BPO processes.
- Manage and maintain documentation, records, and databases efficiently.
- Coordinate with other teams to facilitate seamless workflow and communication.
- Assist in data entry, data management, and data analysis tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the team in resolving customer queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with international clients and stakeholders to address their needs and requirements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in back-office operations and BPO services.
- Adhere to performance targets and quality standards set by the company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience in back-office operations or international BPO environment preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Willingness to work in shifts as per business requirements.
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools is a plus.
- Fluency in additional languages may be advantageous in an international BPO setting.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
