Bricklayer (Europe)

**Job Title**: Mason

**Location**: Europe (Specify country or region if applicable)

We are looking for skilled Masons to join our construction team in Europe. The Mason will be responsible for building and repairing structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials, following blueprints and specifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and dimensions of masonry work.
- Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, and stones in patterns or according to design plans.
- Mix mortar or other adhesives and spread them evenly to bond masonry units together.
- Use tools such as trowels, levels, and saws to cut and shape materials as needed.
- Install insulation, waterproofing, and other materials to enhance the durability and functionality of structures.
- Repair and replace damaged masonry work, including bricks, blocks, and mortar joints.
- Collaborate with other construction workers and contractors to coordinate work activities and meet project deadlines.
- Adhere to safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and precision in masonry work and finishing.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Certification or training in masonry is a plus.
