1. CAM Programming: Develop and prove out CAM programs for machining operations, including milling, turning, and other relevant processes, using CAM software - Mastercam.2. Process Optimization: Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify opportunities for cycle time reduction, toolpath optimization, and improved part quality. Implement changes and conduct trials to validate improvements.3. Tool Selection and Optimization: Determine the appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, and machining parameters for specific operations. Optimize tool life, cutting speeds, and feeds to maximize efficiency and maintain quality standards.4. CNC Machine Simulation: Conduct thorough simulations of CAM programs to verify machining operations, detect potential collisions, and ensure safe and error-free production.5. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing production data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process enhancements to increase productivity, reduce scrap, and improve overall efficiency.6. Documentation and Standardization: Create and maintain accurate documentation, including setup sheets, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for CAM programming processes.7. Training and Support: Train and support operators and production personnel in the execution of CAM programs, tooling changes, and troubleshooting issues related to CNC machining processes.8. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality teams to establish inspection criteria, dimensional tolerances, and quality control measures. Ensure that CAM programs align with quality standards and requirements.9. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, operators, and supervisors, to gather feedback, address concerns, and implement improvements based on their input.10. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with advancements in CAM programming technologies, tools, and techniques. Attend relevant training programs and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and skills.**Competencies**:11. CAM Programming: Hands-on experience in developing CAM programs using software - Mastercam. Proficiency in creating and optimizing toolpaths for milling, turning, and other machining operations.12. CNC Machining: Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, cutting tools, and machine capabilities. Familiarity with different machine types (mills, lathes, etc.) and their respective programming requirements.13. Process Optimization: Proven ability to analyze machining processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance cycle time and quality.14. CAD/CAM Integration: Proficiency in integrating CAD models with CAM software for accurate toolpath generation and efficient programming.15. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot machining issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.16. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and document procedures.17. .**Experience and Qualifications: 8-10 years **Hands-on experience in CAM programming in a production environment is required. A technical degree or diploma in engineering or a related field is typically preferred.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
