**Role Definition**

**Sales executive is a person responsible for gathering data of the prospect clients, sending introductory mail to prospects and fixing the meeting of the Sales Manager with the prospect client to convert to customer for the business growth of the Organization.**

**Responsibility Deliverable**

1. Gathering data of the prospect clients and recording in the organization templates.

2. Introducing the company to the prospects and scheduling meeting of the sales manager with the prospects.

3. Develop skills and business knowledge to grow into business development executive or sales deal closer.

**Tasks & Activities**

**Gathering data of the prospect clients and recording in the organization templates.**
- Gathering data of the logistics manager/ purchase manager of the regular importers/exporters of automotive components, pharmaceuticals, engineering products, chemicals, paper products, gas and oil companies, machine exporters and recording data in the company templates. (Using Google search, LinkedIn, paid data portals, trade directories.)
- Visiting various trade exhibitions related to the industries mentioned above, held in PragatiMaidan and gathering details of the exhibitors and recording in company templates.

**Introducing the company to the prospects and scheduling meeting of the sales manager with the prospects.**
- Cold Calling the prospects, sending professional introductory mail and following up for scheduling the meeting of the sales manager with the prospects.
- Once meeting is scheduled, sending details (date, time, address, name of the concerned person, company name, contact details) to the sales manager on Whatsapp.

**Develop skills and business knowledge to grow into business development executive or sales deal closer.**
- Once scheduled 20 meetings in a month for the sales manager, can accompany sales manager in the meetings to gain practical knowledge about deal closing.
- Undertake sales training courses and sharpen the sales skills.

**Salary**: From ₹40,000.00 per month
