We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team and help shape the user experience for our products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to make data-driven design decisions.
- Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of the design is seamless.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your UI and UX design work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React etc.).
- Experience with animation and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
