Amritsar Hospital, a renowned healthcare facility in Amritsar, Punjab, is seeking a dedicated and experienced medical professional to join our team as a Deputy Medical Superintendent. As the Deputy Medical Superintendent, you will work closely with the Medical Superintendent in managing the overall clinical and administrative operations of the hospital, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.

**Responsibilities**:
Clinical Oversight: Assist the Medical Superintendent in overseeing and coordinating the clinical departments, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services, adherence to clinical protocols, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Administrative Support: Collaborate with the Medical Superintendent in managing administrative functions, including resource allocation, budgeting, and policy development to ensure effective hospital operations.

Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives, conduct regular audits, and facilitate continuous professional development programs for medical staff to enhance the overall quality of patient care.

Staff Management: Work closely with the Medical Superintendent to recruit, train, and evaluate medical staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Patient Care and Safety: Promote patient-centered care and ensure the implementation of patient safety protocols, infection control measures, and ethical standards throughout the hospital.

Stakeholder Relations: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to build positive relationships, encourage interdisciplinary collaboration, and enhance patient outcomes.

Emergency Management: Assist in the development and implementation of emergency preparedness plans, ensuring the hospital is well-equipped to handle emergencies and disasters effectively.

Qualifications:

- Medical degree (MBBS, BAMS, BHMS) from a recognized institution. A postgraduate degree in Hospital Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant regulatory body.
- Minimum [number] years of experience in a senior medical leadership role, preferably in a hospital setting.
