**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reception Duties**:_
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate staff members or taking detailed messages.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal coordination and utilization of the centre's resources.
- **Administrative Support**:_
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of client intake forms, consent forms, and other necessary documentation.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure the centre is well-stocked.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distribution, and sending.
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes, including the collection and recording of payments.
- Support the planning and coordination of events, meetings, and workshops.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- **Client Interaction**:_
- Provide basic information and support to clients and families regarding the centre's services and resources.
- Ensure the reception area and waiting rooms are clean, welcoming, and well-maintained.
- Assist with client check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Degree or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Empathy and understanding when interacting with children and families.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a team-oriented mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 14 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.37 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
