Faculty (Ck)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lectures and training sessions on Kubernetes topics in accordance with the CK certification curriculum.
- Design and implement course materials, labs, and assessments that prepare students for the CK certification exam.
- Stay up-to-date with Kubernetes updates and industry trends to ensure course relevance.
- Provide personalized support and mentorship to students to help them achieve their certification goals.
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the course by incorporating new teaching methods and resources.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Participate in faculty meetings and training sessions as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience working with Kubernetes in a professional setting.
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or related certification required.
- Previous teaching or training experience, preferably in a classroom or online setting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Availability to work part-time hours, which may include evenings and weekends.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Advanced Kubernetes certifications (e.g., Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist, Certified Kubernetes Application Developer) are a plus.
- Experience developing online course content and utilizing learning management systems.
- Familiarity with other container orchestration platforms and related technologies.
