**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets through direct channel sales.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
- To execute trades for the clients, keeping them informed About rates, Research Information and Market Outlook, Order & Trade Details and Confirmations
- Communicating Intra-day Trading Calls and Investing Ideas to Customers.
Monitor markets and stay up to date with industry news and trends to provide informed investment advice
- Calling dormant / inactive clients and convincing them to start trading.
- Individually Operate NSE / BSE Terminals
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their investments and any changes in market conditions that may impact their portfolios
- Collaborate with research and analysis teams to stay current on market developments and investment opportunities
- Identify and Develop New Streams for Equity Revenue Growth
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the products and services offered by the company
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new products and services
- Achieving monthly brokerage targets
