**_We are currently seeking an IN-HOUSE TOOL REPAIR TECHNICIAN to work out of our facility located in Vadodrar, Gujarat, India_**

**_ _**

**_RESPONSIBILITIES_**_:_**
- _ Repairs and calibrate tools, pumps and equipment requiring mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic repair and performs preventive maintenance services. _
- _Pretesting of hydraulic/pneumatic pumps, tools and links for the sole purpose of proper form, fit and function._
- _ The job involves trouble-shooting, tearing down, repairing, reassembling and testing pumps, motors and tools in shop._
- _ Works with sales and service team members, engineers and customers to meet the growing day to day repair requirements._
- _ Checks tools for safety decals and safe operating features and maintains an accurate schedule and record of maintenance._
- _ Demonstrates orientation toward excellent customer service by conducting daily activities, communications and interactions in a cooperative, positive and professional manner. _

**_REQUIREMENTS_**_:_**
- _
- _Diploma/Degree from reputed technical training institute with minimum 5 years of experience in handling high pressure hydraulics, pneumatic & electronic repair._
- _ Prior experience in Industrial Bolting preferred.. _
- _Ability to diagnose and successfully repair equipment or tools and plan a logical approach to troubleshooting and prioritizing workload._
- _ Must have and be able to use own set of basic tools._
- _ Demonstrated ability to work with hands and to work in mechanically oriented situations._
- _ Must be a dependable team player with high energy and a strong commitment to quality output._
- _ Ability to work with little or no supervision._
- _ Computer proficiency and excellent communication skills._
- _ Ability to routinely lift 25-75 lbs., and occasionally lift 76 to greater lbs._
- _ Ability to perform work during prolonged standing up to 8 hours; frequent bending, stooping, crouching and reaching._
- _ Must be able to wear protective equipment as needed._
- _ Must have high school diploma or equivalent. _
- _Must have clean and valid driver’s license._
