Job Title: Event Designer and Executor

Location: On-site, 6 days a week (including 2 working Sundays), with compensatory offs for public holidays.

About the Role:
We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented Event Designer and Executor who can work closely with clients to design, plan, and execute their dream events. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication and sales skills, as you will be responsible for both conceptualizing and delivering exceptional event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences, guiding them through the design and planning process.
- Design Finalization: Work with digital tools like Canva, Excel, and Word to create event design concepts and presentations.
- Sales and Negotiation: Showcase your ability to sell ideas, upsell services, and close deals with clients.
- Project Management: Coordinate all aspects of event execution, from vendor management to on-the-ground execution on event day.
- Execution Oversight: Ensure smooth event setup and execution, troubleshooting any issues on the day of the event.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team and external vendors to ensure the designs are executed as planned.
- Follow-up: Post-event follow-up with clients for feedback and future opportunities.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain organized records of client communication, project timelines, and budgets.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Excel, Word, and other design and project management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work 6 days a week, including 2 working Sundays.
- Previous experience in event design, planning, and execution is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable with client-facing interactions and managing high-profile events.

Compensation:

- Fixed salary with additional execution incentives for successful event completion.
