The Banking Sales Intern will assist the sales team in promoting and selling banking products and services to customers. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in sales and marketing within the banking industry. The intern will work closely with experienced sales professionals, learn about different banking products, and develop essential skills in customer relationship management and sales techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Relationship Management: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers. Interact with customers to understand their needs, provide information about banking products and services, and offer appropriate solutions.
- Sales Support: Aid the sales team in generating leads, prospecting new clients, and identifying sales opportunities. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Product Knowledge: Learn about various banking products and services, including personal and business accounts, loans, credit cards, investments, and other financial products. Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Sales Administration: Support the sales team in administrative tasks, such as maintaining customer databases, tracking sales activities, and updating sales reports. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of sales-related information.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Handle customer transactions, including account openings, deposits, and account maintenance.
- Market Research: Conduct research on target markets, customer segments, and competitors. Gather data on industry trends and customer preferences to support sales strategies and product development.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of banking products, services, and industry trends is a plus.
- Customer service experience is beneficial.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 per month
