Our commitment to being a premier and trustworthy product manufacturing venture in this sector led us to conduct extensive research on all available air purification technologies. At Novorbis, our primary focus is on designing, manufacturing, and delivering cutting-edge air purification solutions which are crafted to address the unique challenges associated with diesel generator emissions, with our RECD systems. These are made compulsory by CPCB to be installed on each genset above 125KVA. Job Location: - Hinjewadi Phase-1, Pune.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.

3. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.

4. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

5. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

6. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

7. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

8. Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports.

9. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.

10. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

11. Continuously improve through feedback.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.

2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

3. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.

4. Proficiency in English.

5. Excellent knowledge of communication and negotiation skills.

6. Ability to build rapport.

7. Time management and planning skills.

8. BA/BS degree or equivalent.
