**Job Outline**:
To able to undertake the fulltime secretarial role of a closely family multiple organisations. The responsibility included management and maintenance of secretarial functions as per the statutory requirement.

**Responsibilities**:
The role-holder shall have access to strictly confidential business information, requiring absolute discretion at all times.

The job holder is primarily responsible for the following:

- Preparation of Board meeting papers for board meeting of the respective units.
- Responsible for all units’ Secretarial matters.
- Preparation of Director Report/AGM papers for all units.
- Preparation of all statutory filings under MCA.
- Compilation of RERA certificates for utilization.
- Co-ordinate Banking transactions

**Qualifications & experience**:

- Any Degree with CS
- Minimum 2+ years of Experience
- Must have exposure in handling multiple units’ Secretarial matters.

**Desired Competencies**:

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience and exposure in preparing all statutory filings under MCA.
- Strong in Financial and Business Analysis (added advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong Execution skills
- Problem solving & decision making
- Strong organizational skills, ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks, seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Very strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with stakeholders, especially with senior leadership
- Emotional maturity
- Highly resourceful team player, also extremely effective working on independent assignments
