Salesperson (Male)

The Salesperson will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers in our Ice Parlour & Cafe. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter the shop and assist them in finding products or answering their questions.
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend suitable products.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions to effectively promote sales.
- Assist in inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and stocktaking.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
