**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Good process knowledge in **Raw Material, Granulation, Activation, Destoner & MRS, Screening and Finished product** of Activated Carbons.
- Monitoring and maintaining the process control parameters.
- Responsibilities to approve the **Dispatch** **Clearance** for the finished products of Activated Carbons.
- Preparation of Certificate Of Analysis.
- Responsibilities of 24 hrs Laboratory & Operation process.
- Responsibilities to report AM-QA & Factory Manager.
- Good practice knowledge in Particle Size Distribution, Volatile Matter, Ash content, Carbon tetrachloride, Butane Activity, Iodine Value, Moisture Content, pH, Contact pH, Acid Soluble Ash, Water Soluble Ash, Magnetic Particle, Sand, Stone, Dust as per ASTM methods.
- Handling of equipment such as CTC analyzer, Butane analyzer, MBD apparatus, and Moisture analyzer.
- Preparation of Quality Plan and SOPs.
- Monitoring the laboratory In-house verification & Equipment Calibration records.
- Efficient to deliver timely, accurate & relevant information to concerned for effective process control.
- Maintaining all reference, working standards and records.
- Maintaining documents like specification, method of analysis, SOPs.
- Updating all documents periodically.
- Working in the 1S, 2S activities.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
