**Job Responsibility**:

- Design engaging and interactive learning activities to enhance students' understanding and retention of concepts.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning atmosphere in the classroom.
- Manage student behavior effectively and implement appropriate interventions when necessary.
- Stay updated with current trends, methodologies, and best practices in teaching Hindi or English.
- Participate in workshops, training programs, and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage students in meaningful learning experiences and foster a love for the language & Subject.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and academic excellence.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent with a focus on Hindi / Mathematics / Tamil.
