**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Create and maintain effective maintenance plans for all equipment and facilities. Schedule maintenance activities and ensure that all work is carried out according to plan. Ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt production or affect safety.
- Understand the job well enough to describe what needs to be accomplished, estimate labour hours, tools, and resources needed to complete different work orders.
- Act as the primary liaison person between maintenance and operations. Lead communication between maintenance and other internal beneficiaries of maintenance work to ensure that everyone receives timely, efficient, and quality service.
- Utilizing maintenance management software (McMAIN) to record, track and analyse maintenance work.
- Prepare preventative maintenance plans and schedules with respect to Maintenance KPI.
- Reviewing and understanding equipment and machinery manuals to determine the standard operating procedures.
- Coordinating with maintenance technicians to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks.
- Analyse equipment downtime and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor maintenance costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Estimating the time and resources needed for each maintenance job
- Develop and maintain a spare part inventory and keeping an optimal stock of spare parts and materials. Tracking the inventory of spare parts and ensuring their availability for routine and emergency maintenance
- Working with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of necessary tools, equipment, and parts.
- Preparing and presenting reports on maintenance activities and their effectiveness
- Developing new maintenance procedures and Protocols. Training the maintenance staff in new procedures and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Knowledge on ISO 9001,14001,45001, GMP,GEP.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling. Excellent understanding of maintenance operations and equipment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills. Ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
- Good knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Proficiency in Dynamic NAV or SAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹15,715.25 - ₹89,833.91 per month
