**Job description**

*Allocating work & updating work reports to staff
*Identifying & preparing reports based on Value Added products
*Highlighting timely reports of Inventories & weekly basis Non-moving products
Following up with Customers on receivables
*Assisting Marketing Personnel with key updates on New Product developments
*Preparing monthly reports with regard to inquiries, Orders gained & Order lost.
*Continuous coordination with division logistics, production planning in order ensures timely deliveries of products.
*Build and maintain relationships with International Customers and distributors
*Coordinate with Production, Purchase & logistics and derive systems for smooth flow of Work process
*Continuous monitoring of Staff
*Timely submission reports. Tracing of Exports incentives in coordination with CHA & Finance dept. Coordination with Finance in receivables. Coordination with Purchase on packing materials, Coordination with Production for meeting timelines. *Handling general correspondence, tracking exhibitions, seminars and highlighting the same to reporting Manager. Handling correspondence of Chamber of Commerce, Embassy & Trade associations etc.
*Applies Logical Thinking and Reasoning
*Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written). Excellent command on English language
*Knowledge of Exports coordination in Chemicals / Agrochemicals field
*Travel Planning and Coordination
*MS Tools (MS Excel Powerpoint, Word

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 10 years (preferred)
