Assist vision technician for patient registration, refraction and referals
- Responsible for day to day implementation of outreach activities as per the plan.
- Outreach progress though field visits and other activities being undertaken.
- Netwwork and lobby with various frontline government fuctionaries such as teachers, PRIs, asha and anganvadi workers
- Assiting in spectacle dispensing
- Undertaking the trainings of grass root functionaries, community volunteers.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual and other reports.
- Documentation of all the records and reports of the Vision Center to be maintained.
- Conduct field level monthly meeting.
- Working closed with the block level, district level, (PHC/CHC) officials for effective coordination.
- Analyzing quality aspect of the programme periodically and accordingly
**Technical Competencies**:
- Ability to mobilise community for Inclusive Eye Health
- Ability to understand needs of persons with disabilities
- Ability to learn basics of eye health care services
- Communication skills
- Reporting skills
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Devanhalli, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
