Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Person to join our reputable real estate company. As a Real Estate Sales Person, you will be responsible for actively engaging with prospective buyers and sellers, showcasing properties, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction process. **Responsibilities**:
Engage with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their real estate needs and preferences.

Present and showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information on property listings, including pricing, availability, and market trends.

Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.

Conduct property viewings and open houses, ensuring a positive and professional experience for clients.

Assist clients in evaluating and comparing properties, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the decision-making process.

Prepare and present offers and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

Coordinate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and attorneys, to facilitate smooth and efficient transactions.

Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their transactions and addressing any concerns or questions.

Stay updated on current real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices to provide accurate and valuable insights to clients.

Meet and exceed sales targets, striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Continuously build and expand a network of clients and industry contacts through attending industry events and participating in community activities.

Utilize CRM software and other tools to manage client database, track leads, and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Person or similar role, with a track record of successful sales and client satisfaction.

Active real estate license in the relevant state or region.

Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends, pricing, and inventory.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Exceptional negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to close deals and secure favorable contracts.

Self-motivated and driven, with a high level of initiative and a strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in using technology and real estate software, including CRM systems, MLS platforms, and online marketing tools.

Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends, as required by client availability and business demands.

**Salary**: ₹10,535.05 - ₹33,887.13 per month
