We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educational Counselor to join our team. As an **Educational Counselor**, you will play a crucial role in helping students and their families make informed decisions about their educational and career paths. You will provide guidance and support to individuals at various stages of their educational journey, from primary school students to exploring college options with career advancement.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Student Advising**:
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to assess their educational goals, interests, strengths, and weaknesses.

Assist parents or students in selecting suitable educational programs, majors, and courses based on their aspirations and academic qualifications.

Offer guidance on time management, study skills, and academic success strategies.
- **Career Counseling**:
Administer career assessments and aptitude tests to help students identify their career interests and strengths.

Offer guidance on potential career paths and the educational requirements needed to achieve them.
- Educational Planning:
Monitor students' academic progress and intervene when necessary to address challenges and barriers to success.

Stay up to date on educational trends, programs, and scholarships to provide the most relevant information to students.
- **Outreach and Workshops**:
Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and informational sessions on topics related to college admissions, financial aid, scholarships, and career development.

Participate in outreach activities to connect with schools, community organizations, and prospective students.
- **Record Keeping**:
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student interactions.

Prepare reports and statistics on student success and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in counseling, Education, Psychology, or MBA
- (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in educational counseling or advising.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of educational and career resources.
- Ability to work with diverse student populations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor.
- Familiarity with educational software and resources.
