Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

**Job Description**:
? Provide support and in-depth troubleshooting to all issues related to the SCCM Deployments and patching activity.
? Extensive hands-on experience in SCCM Client installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
? Management of Compliance Settings by creating and importing Configuration Items (CI).
? General monitoring of site health via SSRS, log files, and the SCCM console.
? Create, update, and maintain windows OS images for Enterprise use.
? Strong knowledge in building custom Task Sequences, troubleshooting and debugging.
? Strong knowledge in Windows 10 & 11 in-place upgrades in large enterprise environments.
? Create and maintain driver packages for supported systems (Dell Desktops/Laptops).
? Experience in best practices of image optimization for Windows 10 and 11.
? Expertise in troubleshooting OS imaging related issues, hardware, and driver issues.
? Experience in PowerShell scripting for automating custom tasks in Image deployment.
? Maintain documentation of the activities and having checklists for the various tasks in their respective area of responsibility.
